Extremely. We're a federally licensed FFL with SOT status, regulated by the ATF. Verify us with the ATF's FFL eZ Check tool — the address on every label matches our registered premises. Selling to us is the most legal way to sell a gun that exists.
How fast is fast?
If your gun is in our database, your offer shows up the moment you submit, day or night. With shipping, most sellers are paid within 2–4 days of accepting. The moment your firearm clears inspection, the money moves.
What if it's rusty / broken / cursed?
Send it. Condition changes the number, not whether we make an offer. Project guns, non-functional pieces, and mystery inheritances all get real offers.
What won't you buy?
Airsoft, paintball, and BB guns. Everything else firearm-related — including ammo, optics, and accessories — gets a competitive offer as long as it meets our value minimum.
